Multi-deck Screening System in the Netherlands
When a single screening stage needs to separate material into several size ranges, a multi-deck screening system provides a practical way to perform multiple classifications in one machine. Different screen openings allow the material to be separated progressively as it moves through the decks.
The system is suitable for raw spices, pulses, extruded snacks, grains, granules and other bulk materials where size-based separation is required. Removable screening decks make it easier to change the screening arrangement according to the product and required classification.
With 3 to 5 screening decks, the machine can handle multiple size fractions in a single operation. Controlled vibration keeps material moving across the screening surfaces and supports steady separation throughout the process.
The equipment is available in SS 304 and SS 304L construction, with lengths of 2.5–3 metres, widths of 500–700 mm and capacities starting from 500 kg and above, depending on bulk density. It can be configured for food and industrial material handling applications in the Netherlands and across Europe.
