Conveying

Our product range includes vibratory conveyors, motorized conveyors, natural frequency Conveyors and electromagnetic conveyors. Each system can be configured to suit specific material, capacity and production requirements.
Elevating
Move delicate products vertically with our spiral elevators, designed for smooth product flow and applications such as cooling, drying and elevation.
Suitable for snacks, dry fruits, frozen foods, plastics and other products, the stainless-steel construction supports hygienic handling and long-term use. Its compact design and gentle vibration help move products smoothly while making efficient use of production floor space.
The system can elevate products up to 6 meters, making it suitable for multi-level production lines. With capacities of up to 2 tons per hour and customizable dimensions, it can be adapted to different products and process requirements.
Screening
Our screening systems help separate materials by size and remove unwanted particles for better product quality. Designed for smooth operation and consistent results, they are suitable for different food processing and industrial applications. Electromagnetic and motorized screening options are available for different process requirements.
Electromagnetic screening systems use controlled vibration for accurate separation and smooth material flow, while maintaining low energy consumption.
Motorized systems use unbalanced motors and a two-mass natural frequency design for efficient screening. Both options provide reliable separation, steady operation and long service life across a range of materials.
Seasoning
Designed for snack and nut processing, our Electromagnetic Seasoning Feeder provides a steady and controlled flow of seasoning powder to the flavouring drum. This supports uniform coating and consistent taste across the product batch.
Available in lengths from 1 to 3 metres, the feeder can be customized with different trough and scarf cut sizes to suit specific products and production requirements.
A digital frequency controller provides precise control over seasoning flow, helping operators maintain consistent feeding rates throughout the process.
