HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and job descriptions with department heads.
- Assist with payroll, statutory compliance, employee queries, and HR policies.
- Manage employee engagement, performance appraisals, training, and welfare activities.
- Handle exits, full & final settlements, and employee feedback.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports on recruitment, attendance, attrition, and manpower.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
- Good English communication; Hindi and Marathi are an advantage.
- Willingness to work from Chakan, Pune.
