The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

- The nature of your interaction with Shri Vibracion (for example, product enquiry, collaboration request, or vendor correspondence);
- The existence of any ongoing correspondence, legitimate business interest, or legal requirement necessitating continued retention;

- Upon the expiry of the applicable retention period, or upon receiving a valid request for deletion, Shri Vibracion shall delete, de-identify, or anonymize your Personal Information in a secure manner, unless retention is otherwise required under Applicable Law.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER:

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:
- All content and Products available through the Platform are intended for adults capable of entering legally binding agreements under Applicable Law. The Platform is not intended for or directed at individuals under the age of 18 (eighteen) years. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store Personal Information from minors. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request age verification documents if inconsistencies arise.
